Mobile Notary Public

We offer mobile and remote online notary services to help make life easier. Once your documents are notarized, we will help you make any necessary copies and ship them where they need to go. Certain documents must be notarized in order to have legal effect. Given the inherent formal and corresponding significance of this subject of legal documents that must be notarized, state governments have deemed it necessary to enlist a trained individual to assist with their execution. A "notary public," following his or her official appointment, a notary public performs as a quasi-public officer to attest to the proper execution of these important documents. Types of documents that may require notarization:

Notary Public Services
  • Wills
  • Trusts
  • Deeds

  • Affidavits
  • I-9 Employment Eligibility
  • Verification forms or Wills.
  • Loan Signing Services (coming soon)
  • Apostille Services

Preparing for Your Notary Visit
Be prepared to present a valid, government-issued photo ID with you during our visit for notary services. Laws vary by state and some documents may require witnesses in addition to the notarization. In some cases, a notary public might not be legally allowed to also, simultaneously, act as a signature witness. Accordingly, we may not be staffed to provide additional signature witnessing services.

  • Credit Card Debts
  • Landlord/Tenant
  • Homeowners Association

E-Mediation Services (Florida-County)
E-Mediation is similar to regular mediation, however, it is much more convenient and quite cost-effective in an online format done from the comfort of your home or attorney’s office via computer, an internet connection, and webcam. We will send you an email invitation to a virtual conference room where the online mediation is held. In mediation, the parties work towards a resolution acceptable to both parties. If you reach an agreement, we will write it into a contract. When parties agree to solve their problems, they’ve committed to following through with their res
ponsibilities (making mediated resolutions more likely to be upheld).
